1- Registered Nurses (RN’s) provide individual care and case management for medically prescribed treatments.
2- Certified Home Health Aides
provide personal care and aid in the
overall improvement of the patient’s
quality of life.
3- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN’s) work under physician’s orders and RN supervision, administer medications, provide treatments and assist the patient with returning to independent activities of daily living.
To qualify for the Medicare services, the patient must be under the care of a physician, or a podiatrist, be home bound and require intermittent skilled care. This may include observation, instruction or hands-on care.
Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services are provided by arrangement. They assist the patient in improving his or her abilities to perform daily activities and return to their prior level of function.
Medical social services provided by agreement. They assist the patient and family and identify community resources that will assist the datent and helo him or her remain safe.
Art HOME HEALTH CARE provides care based on a referral basis. Though referral typically originates with the physician, they may also originate from any local hospital, doctor’s office, board, and care or skilled nursing facility and also from the patient’s family, other interested persons, or agencies. Between 24 and 48 hours after the initial visit, an Art Home Health representative will be alerted to the patient’s needs. At that point, the patient will be seen, evaluated, and taken care of. Under certain circumstances, special immediate care can be rendered on the same day.

The Registered Nurse provides skilled care and instructions to patients and their families. They enable the patient and family members to function independently at home, thereby increasing the comfort of the patient and improving his or her overall health. Some skIlled nursing services include:
